A new normal – a future way of working analysis

Client: City of Whittlesea

Challenge: Following disruption from the COVID-19 pandemic, the roll out of a flexible work policy, and an office relocation, the Executive at CoW engaged Gov Insights to undertake a needs analysis for its future ways of working. This analysis was to include the organisation’s current and future development needs, as well as accommodation requirements for each team, so CoW could provide customised and optimised working arrangements to ensure all members of the team were able to perform at their best. 

How we helped: Gov Insights developed a customised engagement plan to make sure staff from CoW could co-design the best possible outcomes for their organisation. Through a series of workshops and interviews, Gov Insights collated the necessary data and insights to make a series of recommendations on how CoW could optimise performance, teamwork and satisfaction for staff across the organisation. The analysis provided a range of ways CoW could create stability and support a positive culture in this new way of working.
