Cam and Gov Insights helped me bring together our Community Relations Department in a more cohesive manner to tackle common issues that were fundamental to the organisation’s strategic direction. Women & Leadership Australia
Working with Cam and the Gov Insights team on our brand architecture review was fun, engaging, and insightful. Women & Leadership Australia knew they had some problems to solve with brand hierarchy and awareness, but it wasn’t until Cam got involved until we saw all the puzzle pieces come together.
Cam was able to synthesise a large collection of data and information our organisation had gathered over recent years and bring it together with diligent customer and staff research to articulate a series of decisive recommendations to help the organisation grow and thrive. Our organisation operates in a niche market, but Cam was able to get across the unique attributes and nuances of our industry, our customers, and our organisational needs very early on in the process.
The staff at WLA were engaged in the process from the beginning, and many of our long-term clients commented on the positivity and enthusiasm of Cam and his team. We now feel confident that we have a future-focused brand strategy and plan that will see WLA continue to provide expertise and support for women leaders across the country.
